On September 9, a social media user decided to leave her job because her employer restricted overseas travel, preventing her from freely travelling abroad. But her employer did not allow voluntary resignation within the first five years. Her only way out was to be dismissed, so she spoke with her supervisor about how to go through the dismissal process. After her supervisor agreed, she began staying away from work. After 15 days of absence, her employer initiated dismissal proceedings. The process was completed about three months later, and she finally got her passport back.
